Furuya Ceramics Line Carved Rice Bowl Small Iron Scattering
Tax included.
Furuya Seitosho's "Small Line Carved Rice Bowl, Iron Scattering" is a Shigaraki ware tea bowl made by Furuya Seitosho in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture.
The warm white of the powdered pottery is softly accentuated by the reddish clay, and the carefully carved lines create a beautiful design. Depending on the amount of white paint and glaze applied, there are reddish, gray, and yellowish areas, giving the piece a deep flavor not found in pre-made products. The size is recommended for people with small appetites and children.
The gentle white color of Kohiki ware harmonizes with any dish and brings out its color. There is no doubt that Furuya Seitosho's stylish plates will brighten up your everyday dining table.
