Returns and Cancellations
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order after it has been placed.
If the product is found to have initial defects or damage during delivery other than those due to individual differences, we will exchange it for an equivalent product or provide a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
*However, since the products are handmade, we may not be able to exchange them for the same item. In that case, we will refund your money.
