Furuya Pottery, Ring Flower Bean Bowl, Iron Scattering
Tax included.
The "Rinka Mamebachi Tetsusan" by Furuya Seitosho is a Shigaraki ware tea bowl made by Furuya Seitosho in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture. It is a small bowl in the shape of a cute flower (rinka), and you will want to collect them all.
The size is just right for one more side dish. You can use it every day for blanching, kinpira, yogurt, fruit, etc.
It is not pure white, but a warm ivory color. There are black spots here and there caused by iron in the soil, which add an accent.
The gentle white color of Kohiki ware harmonizes with any dish and brings out its color. There is no doubt that Furuya Seitosho's stylish plates will brighten up your everyday dining table.
