"Chopsticks and Mizuhiki" is a collaboration between Eiko Okamoto of KOUBOUEN, a company that specializes in mizuhiki, and Hirohashi, a company that makes high-quality chopsticks using Yoshino cedar in Nara Prefecture.

Mizuhiki has the following features: These chopsticks are auspicious and only available now, featuring the zodiac sign for 2026, the horse.

Chopsticks are characterized by being thin at both ends and having the thickest handle in the center.
It is named "ranchu" (egg inside) because it is slightly bulging in the middle.

It has been thought that one side is used by God and the other by us humans, and that they eat and use the food together.
