Artist Fujimura Kasumi - "Tableware" that is always with us in our daily lives.

Kasumi Fujimura was born in Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture in 1987. He was familiar with art from an early age, and after graduating from the Department of Fine Arts at Onomichi City University in 2010, he began to pursue ceramics full-time. He then graduated from the Ceramic Design Institute in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture in 2012, further honing his techniques and sensibilities. He currently has an atelier in Tajimi City where he continues to create his works.

Kasumi Fujimura's works are characterized by simple yet delicately beautiful designs and forms that pursue ease of use. While utilizing traditional pottery techniques, his works incorporate modern elements, adding color to the daily lives of many people.
