While respecting the food culture born from New York-style bagels, bob bagel does not simply replicate the authentic New York bagel food culture in Japan, where knowledge of bagel food culture is low. Instead, they strive to align with Japanese food culture and experiment with various bagel flavors using carefully selected domestic ingredients as much as possible.
